Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. We never store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days across India.
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon.
Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹999. Orders below that are charged a flat ₹49.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Contact us at support with your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
Customized pieces and items with signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Yes, our jewelry uses hypoallergenic, lead and nickel-free materials wherever applicable.
Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume/chemicals, store in the provided pouch, and clean gently with a soft cloth.
Yes, every order arrives in premium luxury packaging, gift-ready.
